A deeply restorative 50-minute experience designed to support your nervous system, emotional clarity, and inner stillness.
2. What do the Relaxation Immersions include?
Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your needs. Modalities may include guided meditation, sound therapy, aromatherapy, gentle energy work, or breath-based calming practices. Everything is trauma-informed and designed to bring ease to your body, mind, and heart.
3. How do I know if this is right for me?
These sessions are for anyone navigating a life transition, emotional overwhelm, or simply longing for a quiet place to reset and reconnect.
4. Can I book a single session or is this part of a longer journey?
Both options are available. You may schedule a single immersion or choose a 3-session journey for deeper support across a season of transition or healing.
5. Can these sessions be virtual?
Absolutely. Many clients find virtual care deeply grounding and accessible.
6. What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable clothing. All materials will be provided. You’re welcome to bring a journal or object of meaning, but nothing is required.
7. Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. These sessions are not a substitute for mental health care or medical support. They are a complement — a sacred pause, a ritual of remembering your own stillness and strength.
