1. Where is LUMINA Studio located?
​With Love, Dr. Julie | Lumina Studio is nestled in the heart of Winter Park — a city known for its canopy-lined streets, historic architecture, curated boutiques, and deep appreciation for the arts. It offers both elegance and ease, inviting you to slow down, wander, and settle into beauty. If you're visiting from out of town, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 minutes away. Should you wish for nearby hotel recommendations or travel support, we’re happy to help make your visit as restorative and seamless as possible.
2. Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is complimentary parking available directly outside Phenix Salon Suites, with accessible options for all clients.
3. Do you have accessibility accommodations?
Yes. The building is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking and restrooms. If you have any specific needs or questions, please reach out — I will do all I can to ensure your comfort.
4. What should I wear to my session?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. For tattooing sessions, you’ll be offered a spa wrap or paper gown to support ease and comfort. For Relaxation Immersions, you’re welcome to arrive in loungewear or anything that feels nourishing to you.
5. What should I bring to my appointment?
Just yourself. Everything you need for your session will be prepared with intention. If you have special preferences or sensory needs, you may note them when booking.
6. Is there paperwork I need to complete?
Yes, you’ll receive a few brief intake forms to complete ahead of your visit — including preferences for your session, a wellness check-in, and optional reflections.
7. Can someone come with me to the appointment?
Absolutely. If you would like to bring a support person with you at the time of your tattooing, we do request that you only bring one person. LUMINA is a very small, cozy space.
8. What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Full details are provided in your confirmation email.
