Welcome to warmth and ease. A softly heated cotton spa robe wraps around your body, lightly infused with the scent of lavender. A warmed blanket is placed across your lap, and your feet rest in soft spa slippers — small comforts to create a sense of luxury and presence.

The scent of lavender drifts softly through the space, calming your nervous system and inviting your breath to slow. The hush of gentle nature sounds — ocean waves, birds singing — holds you in quiet company, creating a rhythm of stillness just beneath the surface.

A lightly cooled, woven rose quartz crystal eye mask rests across your eyes. In this stillness, a quiet letting-go ritual becomes your anchor. You are not required to do — only to be. This is where your journey begins: settled, soothed, and gently returned to yourself.​

Frankincense, earthy and grounding, fills the studio, inviting a deep connection to your breath and the subtle flow of energy within.

Your breath, guided by gentle instruction, begins to flow in a steady rhythm, softening your muscles, loosening the grip of your thoughts, and inviting you to reconnect with your body, one inhale at a time.
